This group will meet on zoom, twice a month, for three months, beginning October 6, on Thursdays at 3 pm PST or 6 pm EST.
No matter what phase of your healing you are in, this group will provide you with the safe environment, tools, support, and validation that everyone needs to truly heal and step into becoming their true self.
This group was created to give you a space to focus on continuing your education, so you can learn from people just like you, connect with your peers, and practice self-compassion with people that can relate to your struggles and your experience. This kind of support from your community will help you build confidence in yourself, gain clarity of your life, reinvigorate your health and relationships, and finally believe in your ability to create the life you deserve.

Svava Brooks is a Trauma Recovery Coach, Certified TRE® Provider, Reiki Master Practitioner, Certified Crisis Intervention Specialist, and Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, with over 20 years of experience of healing after trauma and has written two books on the topic.
Svava has dedicated her life to ending the cycle of child sexual abuse through education, awareness, and by supporting survivors heal and thrive.
