A Week of Mindfulness Ebook

This is a 7-day guide to mindfulness. Each day, I dive into a different aspect of mindfulness and discuss its connection to your life, as well as the benefit of integrating it into daily practice of self-care. Then I give you 2 sets of journaling questions, one for before your meditation and one for after, and then a recorded meditation by me, specifically designed for the lesson of the day.

Remember, for each day of this week, there is an audio recording of a meditation to go with it. The playlist of these meditations has been created on SoundCloud, an app and website. When you click on any of the links, it will open up the SoundCloud playlist and that specific meditation. You will be able to play it on your computer or via an Internet Browser on your phone. If you would like to listen to it via an app, you could download the SoundCloud app and access the recordings there.
