8 Month Mindfulness Class

Payment confirms your place in the 8-month mindfulness class. 

You will get a welcome email that includes detailed instructions on participation. It will also include the link to the Facebook group. 

This 8-month Mindfulness Class Includes: 

- Monthly 2-hour live interactive video group session. The group will meet online using zoom. Please download the app from zoom.us  

- Access to the closed/secret Facebook group for peer support in between meetings

- Monthly pdf handout for each video session

- Daily journal check-ins

- Lifetime access to all the (8) video class recordings, audio meditations, and materials.

On the last Tuesday of every month, beginning February 23,  from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m PST, we will go over one of the pillars of Mindfulness practice.

  •  Session 1: Attention (for the present moment)
  • Session 2: Automatic Patterns and Reactivity
  • Session 3: Judgment
  • Session 4: Conflict / Acceptance
  • Session 5: Goals / Future (doing versus results)
  • Session 6: Compassion
  • Session 7: Ego / Identity
  • Session 8: Integration
