Online-TRE® Small Group Series - Beginners

Each class is 90 minutes long, from

8 am - 9.30 am (PST) or 11 am - 12.30 pm (EST) or 15.00 - 16.30 (GMT)


Online - using Zoom video sessions. Please ensure you can attend each session when you sign up for the group class. The sessions are recorded for attendees to access during the 30 days of class.


$249 for the 4 x 90 min. sessions 

Note: Due to the small group size, a cancelation notice must be received 48h hours before the first class. Refunds will be credited minus a $50 non-refundable registration fee. 


Svava Brooks is a trauma recovery coach and a Certified TRE Practitioner. Svava teaches TRE to her customers online and in person. Svava also provides small group lessons regularly in Iceland, Portland, OR, and online.

I recently signed up for Svava's Tension Release Exercise (TRE) class in hopes of finding an efficient way to handle work (and life) stress. The exercises are not difficult, there are adjustments available for most ability levels, and the outcome is a general sense of calm.
